Ryan Lewakowski Wins Ignite Racing Fuel 2WD Class at Kansas Airstrip Attack
It was another weekend of high-speed adrenaline, in Independence, Kansas, at the June Kansas Airstrip Attack. And once again, Forgeline customers set some of the fastest speeds of the weekend.
Ryan Lewakowski won the 2wd class by Ignite Racing Fuels on both Saturday and Sunday in his Calvo Motorsports Dodge Viper on Forgeline forged monoblock GS1R-6 Beadlock wheels. Ryan also set the 4th fastest time of the entire weekend at 222.99mph.
David Pearlman set the third fastest speed of the entire weekend at 226.24mph in the Ethanol class, in his Dallas Performance Lamborghini Huracan on Forgeline forged monoblock GS1R Beadlock wheels.
Congrats also go out to the winners of the Manual Class by Forgeline. On Saturday, Sandy Murany’s Underground Racing twin turbo Lamborghini Superleggera took 1st place, while Blake Weaver’s Calvo Motorsports twin turbo Dodge Viper took 2nd place. And then on Sunday, Blake Weaver’s Calvo Motorsports twin turbo Dodge Viper took 1st place, and Todd Nall’s Evo Spec twin turbo Porsche GT3 took 2nd place.
